Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the products unworn, unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging using the pre-printed return label within 14 days of your receipt of the order. All items may be returned for store credit.

You can return the merchandise using the pre-printed return label included with your original order at your expense using any carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and can insure the shipment for the retail value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

Damages & Defectives


If you receive merchandise damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement item and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain the item and packing material in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the package and merchandise. If we request that you return the damaged merchandise to us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so. If you are requested to return the damaged merchandise and you fail to do so within 14 days, we will charge you for any replacement item.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item immediately and we will include a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item to us. If we do not receive the defective item within 14 days of your receipt of the replacement item, we will charge you for the replacement item.

Exchanges


You may exchange merchandise by calling us to place a new order for the new item you want and following the return policy for the product you want to return in exchange. We will send the new item out right away and you will be charged for the new item but not for shipping and handling at the time of order.

You can return the exchange merchandise using the pre-printed return label included with your original order at your expense using any carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and can insure the shipment for the retail value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

You will receive store credit for the amount associated with the returned merchandise from the original order, but not shipping and handling charges from the original order, upon receipt of the return. Orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted and return shipping to the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

Store Credit


If you receive store credit, you will be issued a store credit confirmation number. To redeem your store credit, you must call us to place your order. Please have your store credit confirmation number available when you call.

Forms of Payment


We accept PayPal only for all eBay orders.

Shipping Policy:

When you can expect to receive your order will depend on the destination of your order. We will usually ship your order within three business days of the date you placed the order and often within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and most U.S. holidays. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions will have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation when you complete the order process on-line (or via phone if you provide an email address) and you will receive shipment notification with package tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Taxes, Duties and Tariffs


We collect sales tax on all orders with shipping destinations within the state of Maryland in the United States. We do not collect any form of taxes, duties or tariffs for orders to any other destination within or outside of the United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver of the order to pay any taxes, duties or tariffs to the appropriate governmental or other authority.

Order Issues (Items out of stock)


We make every attempt to keep the inventory on-hand information accurate in our systems and prevent you from being able to order merchandise we do not have. In the event that we have an inaccuracy in our system and you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or phone. We will assist you in selecting another item or if we expect to get more of the item in, you will be given the option to be notified when it becomes available. We currently do not support pre-orders or back-orders.
